How to sign up for a free trial of the Soccer Foundations program?
1. Click on the landing page
2. Scroll down and click on the “Start my 7-Day Free Trial” blue icon.
3. On the next page click “Create Athlete Account”.
4. On the next page enter required information and click “Create Account”.
5. On the next page enter Promo Code “BALLER2025” and click “Apply” to receive your discount. Then enter required credit card information and click the “Start My Free Trial” icon.
6. On the next page you will receive an order confirmation for your free trial. On this page there will also be instructions on how to access your training on a mobile device.
7. Download TrainHeroic app.
8. Login with your created account information.

When does the training week start?
Training week starts on Mondays
When will workouts be refreshed?
Workouts for the entire week will be uploaded and published for your viewing by 6pm on Sunday evening
How many days a week do you train?
The program will offer 6 days a week of training
Do I need a gym or a field to complete the workouts?
Our program is designed for you to adapt to any available training environment. If you can dribble a soccer ball and/or jump around, then we can make this work.
Can I follow this program if I am active in other sports? (Karate, LAX, etc.)
Absolutely! This will serve as a movement fundamentals program that can be an additional supplement to enhance any other physical training or sport etc.
Will our progress be tracked and monitored?
You will have access to leader boards and message boards to communicate with your coach and compare to your peers. This is a self regulated program and we are here to support you on the journey.
Can the account be shared between 2 siblings or is there a way to have 2 logins under 1 account?
This app is designed to be accessible to all soccer athletes. It intentionally targets a broad range of athletes in different developmental stages. It's worth noting that all great professional athletes continue to reinforce the basics, and this app ensures they have a strong foundation to build on.
In situations with siblings, the expectation is that each athlete has their own account, similar to registering for a week-long soccer camp. This personalization ensures that each athlete's unique journey is tracked and celebrated. Much like with camps, each athlete will likely have a different experience. Their account also allows them to track their progress in the app and interact with the leaderboard, which would be difficult if they shared an account.
Should you be able to complete the entire session?
We don’t expect to complete a full workout in one session. Maybe start with the warmup and soccer. Once warmup is good add one of the exercises. But take it slow and enjoy the process and growth at your pace.
What if we are confused about an exercise/activity?
Our coaches wrote lots of the details at the beginning of the session to help you follow along. Our coaches provided all that content including:

- Progression information
If you read all the instructions at the beginning of each week you should be in great shape. If you still have questions, please feel free to reach out via the app’s chat function.
